Return & Exchange Policy
15-Day Return Assurance
We want you to absolutely love your Elarosea pieces. But if something doesn’t fit quite right, our return and exchange process is simple, fair, and stress-free.
Free Returns (U.S. Orders)
We offer FREE returns on unworn, unwashed, or defective items for all eligible U.S. orders.
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We currently do not offer free returns outside of the U.S., but we’re working toward expanding this service soon.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
- Final Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gifts with purchase, original shipping fees, and digital gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Ensure your items are neatly folded, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
- Email our Support Team at support@elarosea.store to initiate your return or exchange. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.
- Include your order number, a copy of your receipt, and a short note explaining the reason for return.
- For eligible U.S. orders, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Attach the label securely and drop your package off at your nearest UPS or USPS location.
- Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or Elarosea Wallet, depending on your preference.
Please note: It may take an additional 3–5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank or credit card account due to processing times.
General Return Guidelines
- Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- After approval, returns must be shipped back within 7 days.
- All items must be in resellable condition — unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags intact.
Return Shipping Policy
- For eligible U.S. orders, the first return shipping label is free.
- Additional returns or exchanges on the same order may require customers to cover the shipping cost.

Defective or Damaged Items
At Elarosea, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Reporting a Defect
- Please report any defects within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing support@elarosea.store.
- Include clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a short description of the problem.
- Claims submitted after 15 days may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Resolution Process
After we receive your report, our Quality Team will review it and offer an appropriate solution — which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
We handle all defective item cases with care and urgency to ensure your experience with Elarosea is always positive and worry-free.
